Guess Macro is built and run by one person, so every message goes straight to me. Email is the only channel — there is no support ticket system, phone line, or contact form that quietly drops into a void.
I read everything and aim to reply within a few days. Privacy and data requests are handled on the timelines set out in the Privacy Policy, which are firm commitments rather than best efforts.
What to write about
A wrong or unfair puzzle
Puzzles are drafted daily and checked automatically, but errors get through — an answer that does not match the clue, a question with more than one defensible answer, or a term used in a way a practitioner would dispute. Tell me the date and the question number and I can look up the exact puzzle. Corrections are welcome even when the day has already passed; they feed back into how future sets are written.
Your account or your data
Password resets are self-service from the sign-in screen. For anything else — deleting your account, correcting a display name, exporting the scores tied to you, or asking what is stored — email from the address registered to the account so I can confirm it is yours. The Privacy Policy sets out the full process, including how to appeal if a request is refused.
A bug or something that looks broken
Scores not saving, a board that will not load, the timer behaving strangely, a layout that breaks on your phone. Your browser and device help more than anything else — most issues turn out to be specific to one combination.
Feedback and ideas
Which topics you would like to see more of, difficulty that feels off, features worth building. The game changes based on what people say, and the practice archive exists because players asked to replay days they had missed.
